Assistant Store Manager - London, Stratford Westfield

As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving commercial and operational excellence in our London, Stratford Westfield store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a premium customer experience and meeting business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability through effective product management and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
  • Support with recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, taking ownership of store operations and ensuring seamless customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level, with a proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
  • A passion for premium or luxury product, with a strong understanding of commercial product management and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Confidence working under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
