As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients within the SaaS industry. Your expertise in renewals, upsells, and cross-sells will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Cultivate and manage a thriving territory by identifying key accounts, developing strategic account plans, and consistently generating new sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level stakeholders within assigned accounts. Effectively navigate complex sales cycles, build consensus across multiple business units, and guide clients through the entire sales process to successful closure.
  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring their success with Bazaarvoice products and services. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop tailored strategies to meet their evolving needs.
  • Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Qualify leads, develop compelling proposals, and effectively negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in software sales, SaaS, or internet marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify target accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop successful sales strategies.
  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry landscape and competitive dynamics.
