Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Team Leader at Options Resourcing, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand facility needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
