Job Summary

Ktpws is seeking a skilled Housing Asset Service Officer to contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective Housing Asset Service to the Council's housing stock. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the management and maintenance of the Council's housing stock.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring that all aspects of housing asset management are met.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on housing asset management best practices to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and other external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to housing asset management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housing asset management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of housing asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
