Job Summary
Harris Hill Executive Search is proud to partner with Woking and Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing in their search for a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of HR, playing a crucial part in supporting the organisation's mission by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide robust HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the HR function, ensuring that all HR processes and systems are running efficiently and effectively.
- Provide direct line management to the HR Administrators and HR Advisor, offering guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles to the highest standard.
- Maintain a cohesive and motivated HR team.
Requirements
- Background in HR Management and experience relevant to the level of role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
