Global Mobility Compensation Manager

About the Role:

The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering Nomad Foods' international mobility programs, supporting strategic business goals and talent development & succession planning, while ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and a smooth employee experience.

This role combines operational excellence with critical thinking and requires effective collaboration with colleagues from the Reward team, HR Business Partners, other internal departments, and 3rd party vendors (e.g. immigration, tax, and relocation services providers).

  1. Global Mobility Framework Ownership. Input into design, development, and maintenance of policies and tools, including launch or re-launch of international mobility programs as required (long- and short-term assignments, international transfers for existing employees and new hires, commuting arrangements, etc.).
  2. Global Mobility Program Delivery. Lead and coordinate delivery of global mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business and HR priorities.
  3. Vendor Management. Manage global mobility vendors, including budget management and invoice tracking, reconciliation, and processing. Educate Reward & HR on global mobility cases, promoting awareness and understanding of global mobility programs within the wider business.
  4. Functional & Project Management. The role doesn't manage people but may require allocating and directing work of junior team members, leading projects or recurrent activities through functional expertise.
  5. Key Requirements. Proven experience in vendor management, particularly in global mobility coordination, international tax, immigration, and relocation services. Solid knowledge of international tax principles, with experience in managing employment tax matters in more than one European country. Knowledge of immigration and right to work in the UK required, other European countries advantageous.
