About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative services to our clients, colleagues, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of Corporate Group Risk and Group Healthcare schemes with precision and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain new business quotations and relevant information, driving business growth and development.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to both internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests and queries.
  • Manage new business processing, re-broking, scheme renewals, underwriting, and claims in a compliant and profitable manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Meet specific deadlines and service levels agreed with clients and line management, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM and Virtual Cabinet software, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain an organized diary system for efficient workflow within the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and document maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
About You
  • Demonstrable experience in administering Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, and Group Healthcare schemes, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven background in Financial Services administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and support.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, from clients to senior management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and minimizing errors.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry changes and regulatory requirements, with a focus on delivering compliant and profitable services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and relevant internal systems/databases, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Awareness of regulatory standards for 'advised' and 'non-advised' sales, particularly regarding advice and recommendations to clients, with a focus on delivering compliant and profitable services.
  • Good general education, including Maths and English, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and minimizing errors.
  • CII Group Risk (GR1) and Healthcare (IF7) qualifications are desirable, with a focus on demonstrating expertise and knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK, with a focus on delivering compliant and profitable services.
