Global Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global organization as Global General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our worldwide sales efforts, overseeing operational excellence, and maintaining industry and competitive awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive global sales efforts, both internal and external
  • Oversee operational excellence, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
  • Maintain industry and competitive awareness through market intelligence and customer interface
  • Make key strategic recommendations and initiatives to the organization
  • Establish and propose current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies
  • Oversee budget preparation and ensure adherence to profit goals
  • Create a vision for the company and plan implementation of new product offerings
  • Plan and direct all projects and negotiations pertaining to acquisitions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication throughout the organization
  • Ensure adherence to all corporate policies
  • Carry out managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Management or similar
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a manager with commercial, financial, operational, R&D, and product development responsibilities
  • Understanding of the global residential and commercial water treatment market
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Budgetary planning and implementation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact closely with other divisions to support customer focus and efficient operations
  • Ability to manage people, resources, and multiple priorities
  • Ability to give and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to delegate responsibility to achieve organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to maintain an atmosphere of integrity, urgency, and teamwork
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to work with Microsoft Office Products, Power BI, Atlas, and other critical computer applications
  • Demonstrated capacity to determine and justify budgets, project costs, and return on initiatives
  • High level of accountability for company success
  • Ability to manage diverse groups to achieve a given goal
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
