About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global General Manager to lead our global organization towards its primary objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and directing our global operations, driving commercial, development, operating, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Global Sales Efforts

Develop and execute strategies to drive worldwide sales, both internal and external, to achieve business objectives.

Operational Excellence

Oversee and drive operational excellence across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Market Intelligence and Awareness

Maintain industry and competitive awareness through market intelligence and interface with sales personnel and customers to stay ahead of the competition.

Strategic Recommendations

Make key strategic recommendations and initiatives to the organization to drive growth and profitability.

Objective Setting and Budgeting

Establish and propose current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies, including budgets and financial targets.

Leadership and Development

Create a vision for the company and plans for implementation of new product offerings, and lead the development of high-performing teams.

Project Management and Negotiations

Plan and direct all projects and negotiations pertaining to acquisitions, and establish and maintain effective communication systems throughout the organization.

Policy Adherence and Employee Management

Ensure adherence to all corporate policies and procedures, and carry out managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Educated to degree level in Business Management or similar, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager with commercial, financial, operational, R&D, and product development responsibilities.

Competencies

Leadership and management skills, budgetary planning and implementation, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence at all levels, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage people, resources, and multiple priorities.

Technical Skills

Demonstrated capacity to work with Microsoft Office Products, Power BI, Atlas, and other critical computer applications, and ability to determine and justify budgets, project costs, and return on initiatives.
