Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Strategy: Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues across the business, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
- Compensation Administration: Support the administration of key processes linked to reward, including salary review, bonus processing, and flexible holiday schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for any queries related to reward, benefits, and compensation, providing expert guidance and support to employees.
- External Partnerships: Coordinate external compensation and benefits survey participation, building relationships with external providers and ensuring seamless communication.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with the Head of HR and Senior Leadership Team to coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience of working within a Reward or Benefits role or within an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes, as well as to support annual processes.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business.
