Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will take charge of the marketing strategies and initiatives for key locations, collaborating closely with our in-house team and external partners. This position is perfect for a seasoned marketing expert who thrives on innovative campaigns and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the integrity of the brand and its assets.
  • Campaign Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and completion of marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, focusing on press and communications.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with the Head of Digital to enhance and execute a premier marketing strategy.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and forecast marketing budgets.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise CMS platforms, including WordPress.
  • Community Outreach: Plan and execute events that engage the community.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed reports to clients and the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on generating quality inquiries through digital channels.
  • New Business Development: Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Process Development: Lead the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the marketing team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in developing and executing consumer brand campaigns, particularly in the property sector or related fields such as hospitality, travel, or FMCG.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities and confidence in high-level marketing and business strategy.
  • Consumer Marketing Knowledge: Experience in consumer-centric marketing, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Brand Strategy Understanding: In-depth knowledge of brand communication strategies.
  • Strategic Implementation: Proven capability to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Sustainability Awareness: Familiarity with ESG/Sustainability principles is advantageous.
