Key Responsibilities:

* Provide mental health services to clients in North Powys
* Work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* Relevant Social Work Qualification
* Registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
* Driving license with access to a car
