About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Practitioner, working in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of experienced AMHPs and mental health social workers who are in training for the AMHP qualification.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small social care team of workers, including AMHPs
- Be responsible for workflow and ensuring strengths-based practice
- Manage and support staff, promoting a culture of professional responsibility and care coordination
- Undertake AMHP role, ensuring statutory duties are met
About You:
We are looking for a qualified social worker or allied professional with a passion for citizen empowerment and person-centred practice. You will have a strong understanding of strengths-based services and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
