Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small social care team of workers, including mental health professionals
  • Be responsible for workflow and ensuring the effective delivery of services
  • Manage and support staff to achieve their full potential
  • Undertake the role of an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
  • Ensure the implementation of strengths-based practice and care coordination

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who is committed to citizen empowerment and person-centered practice. You will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with a qualification in AMHP and a passion for delivering strengths-based services.

Requirements:
