As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small social care team of workers, including mental health professionals
- Be responsible for workflow and ensuring the effective delivery of services
- Manage and support staff to achieve their full potential
- Undertake the role of an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
- Ensure the implementation of strengths-based practice and care coordination
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who is committed to citizen empowerment and person-centered practice. You will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with a qualification in AMHP and a passion for delivering strengths-based services.

- A competitive honorarium of £3000 per year, paid monthly
