About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Mental Health Team Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small professional team of experienced AMHPs and mental health social workers who are in training for the AMHP qualification.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mental health, with a passion for citizen empowerment and person-centered practice. You will also need to have experience in delivering strengths-based services and working towards prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small social care team of workers including AMHPs
  • Be responsible for workflow and ensuring strengths-based practice
  • Manage and support staff
  • Undertake AMHP role
