About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Practitioner, working in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of experienced AMHPs and mental health social workers who are in training for the AMHP qualification.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small social care team of workers, including AMHPs
- Be responsible for workflow and ensuring strengths-based practice
- Manage and support staff to deliver high-quality services
- Undertake AMHP role and ensure compliance with statutory duties
About You:
We are looking for a qualified social worker or allied professional with a passion for citizen empowerment and person-centered practice. You will have a strong understanding of strengths-based services and a commitment to delivering prevention-focused care.
What We Offer:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and hybrid working environment, with the option to work from multiple bases, including home. You will receive an honorarium of £3000 per year, paid monthly for the AMHP work you undertake.
Requirements:
This position requires an Enhanced DBS Check.
