HCRG Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Adults Social Worker to join our team in Powys.

This is a full-time, locum position on an ongoing basis with a competitive hourly rate of £35. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and hold the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive social work assessments and interventions for adults experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advocate for client rights and needs within the healthcare system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Social Worker with a relevant qualification (e.g., BSc, MSc in Social Work).
  • Experience working with adults experiencing mental health issues.
  • Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification is desirable.
