Job Title: Student Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Manager. As a key member of our Compass Group UK team, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering and service operations for Universities, ensuring exceptional food and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories and budgets
  • Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image
  • Identify opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of management experience within a similar sector or industry
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Brilliant financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
