Key Responsibilities:- Team Supervision: Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service, maintaining a positive brand image and representing Compass Group UK&I.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
- Service Concept Development: Identify opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales and enhance the customer experience, liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Training and Development: Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role, implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
- Passion for Food and Service: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a minimum of two years of management experience within a similar sector or industry.
- Team Management: Have experience managing teams in a similar role, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and implement action plans to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
