About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Support Officer to join our team in the Technology and Information Services department at Plymouth University. As a key member of the SRS programme team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our Student Record System programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and overall support in project phases, including solution design, change management, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings, update project-level plans and documents, manage the RAID log, and prepare project highlight reports.
  • Track project spend against budget and ensure effective project management.
