About the Role:

The School of Health Professions, part of the Faculty of Health, is dedicated to tackling significant healthcare and psychological challenges through innovative teaching and practical learning experiences. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Support Coordinator to assist with administrative functions related to our programmes and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to students, addressing their inquiries and processing travel reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with Programme Administrators to maintain accurate student records and programme documentation.
  • Utilize various IT tools for data reporting and assist in minute-taking during Subject Assessment Panels and programme meetings.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a flexible mindset to adapt to a dynamic environment, alongside strong teamwork and organizational skills. Proficiency in IT and keyboard skills is essential, as is the ability to identify problems and seek effective solutions while adhering to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and experience in a student-focused setting is preferred.

Working Environment:
