Overview: This is a remarkable opportunity to become a part of a diverse team within the Student Wellbeing Services at Plymouth University. The Student Wellbeing Services offer a variety of focused support mechanisms designed to help students thrive in their academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities: You will play a vital role in assisting a multidisciplinary team with essential administrative functions related to student wellbeing and mental health. This position requires you to operate in a dynamic environment while managing intricate information, with guidance and oversight from specialized practitioners as necessary. Additionally, you will engage in initiatives, campaigns, and events aimed at promoting wellbeing, mental health, pastoral, and spiritual support throughout the academic calendar.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative working environments, coupled with excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse audience.
  • Proven background in administration and customer service, enabling you to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and handle a high volume of inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in student mental health and wellbeing.

Additional Information: This role necessitates a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
