About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Aiko Energy. As a seasoned professional in the utility renewable energy sector, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and managing existing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new key accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Lead negotiations with high-level stakeholders, including Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs
  • Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure customer requirements are addressed in product development and service delivery
  • Present new products and services to key accounts, positioning Aiko Energy as a leader in the renewable energy market
  • Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive sales growth
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate account managers to achieve company goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector at the European level
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar utility business across Europe
  • Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Extensive experience working with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs
  • Strong background in contract negotiations, particularly with senior management and C-level executives
  • Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time across Europe
