About This Role

Become an integral part of our organization by supporting operational efficiency and driving success within the educational sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head and senior management team to ensure that operational excellence and business success are achieved throughout the institution.
  • Overseeing recruitment initiatives and collaborating with human resources on related matters.
  • Managing the duties of reception staff and overseeing the website functions.
  • Advising the governing body on governance, constitutional, and procedural issues, ensuring compliance with new regulations that mandate clerks to provide guidance on governing body functions.
  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the governing body and its committees.
  • Ensuring the governing body maintains an appropriate constitution.
  • Effectively managing information in accordance with legal standards.
