Experienced Staff Nurse for Older Adults

Job Overview
We are pleased to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in the Older Adult Assessment Unit. This role is based in a part-time capacity at our esteemed healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing and delivering top-tier, person-centered care to older adults within our 11-bed unit. The unit caters to a diverse range of patients, including those with functional illnesses and various behavioral and psychological symptoms associated with dementia.
As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Nurses, Healthcare Support Workers, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Pharmacists. This collaborative approach is essential for effectively addressing and managing the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric care, possess outstanding communication skills, and show a willingness to grow within the nursing role and as part of our team.
