Senior Compliance Advisory Manager

Investment Management

Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

Salary: To £75k + bonus + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our Investment Management business. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operates within the regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and guidance to all business units to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Identify and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  3. Develop and deliver compliance training programs, ensuring all employees understand their regulatory obligations.
  4. Perform horizon scanning, staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and advising management on potential impacts.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned Compliance professional with experience in an investment management or wealth management environment. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver engaging compliance training at all levels.
