Job Overview

AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our risk and compliance efforts in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our client onboarding processes meet the highest standards of AML/CDD compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs, and background checks to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports to identify potential risks.
  • Develop and implement firmwide CDD and CMI training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our compliance framework.
  • Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, conflicts of interest checks, and PEPs and sanctions monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in AML/CDD compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach to work.
