We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in Bath. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with expertise in AML/CDD processes gained from compliance positions within a law firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs, and background checks
- Managing client onboarding software and reviewing incoming reports
- Managing client/matter inception processes, responding to queries, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Delivering firm-wide CDD and CMI training
- Assisting in AML and file opening risk assessments, along with conflicts of interest checks
- Advising on PEPs and sanctions
To excel in this role, you will need excellent analytical and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a client-focused approach to work.
