AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our risk and compliance efforts in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our client onboarding processes meet the highest standards of AML/CDD compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs, and background checks to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports to identify potential risks.
- Develop and implement firmwide CDD and CMI training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our compliance framework.
- Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, conflicts of interest checks, and PEPs and sanctions monitoring.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in AML/CDD compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach to work.
