Senior Compliance Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operates within the bounds of relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to all business units to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs, monitoring their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform horizon scanning, staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and their potential impact on our business.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Compliance role within an investment management or wealth management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant FCA regulations, including CASS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging compliance training at all levels across the business.
