We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in Bath. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's AML/CDD processes are robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs, and background checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement firm-wide CDD and CMI training programs to ensure all staff are aware of their compliance responsibilities.
- Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, conflicts of interest checks, and PEPs and sanctions monitoring.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our compliance framework.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in AML/CDD processes, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a client-focused approach to work.
