We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to become a vital part of our team at Curtiss-Wright.

This role presents an exciting opportunity within our Industrial Division for an individual who is enthusiastic about devising and implementing innovative marketing strategies for a division of a NYSE-listed corporation recognized for its world-class brand. You will be responsible for guiding a dedicated marketing team to ensure the ongoing success of our leading-edge products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B context for the Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, focusing on UK and US subsidiaries within the On-Highway, Off-Highway, and Medical Mobility sectors.
  • Planning, creating, and executing multi-channel initiatives, including social media campaigns.
  • Designing advertising and promotional materials for product literature, presentations, specialty items, and advertising spaces.
  • Managing relationships with key strategic agencies responsible for PR, website development, and creative services.
  • Overseeing creative projects with the assistance of a small internal team, including photo and video content, to produce digital and print assets for the division.
  • Setting objectives for and managing our annual exhibitions in Europe and the USA.
  • Developing the marketing team to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Managing the daily operations of the Division's website.
  • Establishing marketing team goals and key performance indicators.
  • Creating and managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met within financial constraints.

Your Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of marketing experience in a global B2B environment.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Previous experience in supervising a small team is advantageous.
