Job Description

About the Role

SS&C Technologies is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve complaint cases through analysis of all facts and related documentation
  • Produce written communications that are accurate, concise, and well-organized
  • Demonstrate knowledge of FCA complaints rules (DISP) and internal and industry requirements for handling and reporting complaints
  • Actively engage in improving client experiences through quality feedback
  • Respond promptly to requests for information and manage individual case load within agreed service levels
  • Discuss findings with customers to agree resolution before providing a Final Response Letter

Requirements

  • Customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem solver and decision maker with experience in financial services and/or complaints handling
  • Pro-active approach with a friendly, empathetic phone manner
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to work under pressure within tight timescales
  • Organized to manage different cases with competing priorities
