Position Overview

The successful candidate will deliver a proficient, adaptable, and effective administrative service as a vital member of the School Support Team.

Responsibilities include providing pastoral care and assistance to students.

As the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will offer a customer-oriented service. Inquiries may range from colleagues seeking guidance to members of the public requiring information about various Council services.

The role demands a commitment to delivering school support services that reflect meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organizational abilities, and exemplary teamwork.

The individual in this position must possess procedural knowledge relevant to their role and an understanding of the responsibilities of other team members.

This position is classified as Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. Candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to receiving a formal employment offer from Clackmannanshire Council. Further instructions will be provided in your conditional offer of employment regarding the application process. Please note that if your salary exceeds £38,000 per annum, you will be responsible for the cost of this application, which will be deducted from your initial paycheck.
