We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Support Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for resolving mechanical and process-related issues and breakdowns on site.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve mechanical and process-related issues and breakdowns on site
- Manage the stock of spare parts and equipment held on site and accurate stock management via SAP
- Deal with fault finding and repairs to site equipment
- Prepare isolations for maintenance activities and issue Permit-to-Work documentation
- Prepare and review site work instructions, procedures, workplace risk assessments
- Recognised instrumentation apprenticeship or qualifications
- Oil and Gas, Chemical, Gas processing operational working experience
- Operational knowledge of industrial plant and process control systems - Siemens and ABB, instrumentation including maintenance and calibration, quality systems on production sites
- Strong safety mindset and focus on operating practices
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Competitive salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
