Job Title: Apprentice Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a leading international specialist food and agri-related manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic workforce and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative and planned maintenance programs, to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.
  • Conduct plant inspections, fabrication, and installation of machinery and equipment.
  • Work with instrumentation, PLCs, and inverters to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
  • Read and understand electrical drawings to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Develop and maintain fabrication skills and mechanical maintenance expertise.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm, with a 1 in 3 week call-out schedule.
