Position Overview
Please be aware that this role is term-time, and your remuneration will be adjusted according to the weeks worked.
The successful candidate will deliver a proficient, adaptable, and effective administrative service as a vital member of the School Support Team.
Responsibilities include providing pastoral care and assistance to students.
The role serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Inquiries may vary from colleagues seeking guidance to members of the public requesting information regarding various Council services.
The position demands a high standard of school support services, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional teamwork.
The individual must possess procedural knowledge relevant to their own responsibilities as well as an understanding of the roles of their colleagues within the team.

This position is classified as Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to receiving a formal employment offer from Clackmannanshire Council. Further instructions will be provided in your conditional offer of employment regarding the application process. Please note that if your salary exceeds £38,000 per annum, you will be responsible for the cost of this application, which will be deducted from your initial paycheck.
