The successful candidate will deliver a proficient, adaptable, and effective administrative service as a vital member of the School Support Team.

Responsibilities include providing pastoral care and assistance to students.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Inquiries may vary from colleagues seeking guidance to members of the public requesting information regarding various Council services.

The position demands a high standard of school support services, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional teamwork.

The individual must possess procedural knowledge relevant to their own responsibilities as well as an understanding of the roles of their colleagues within the team.
