Position Overview

This role is term-time based, and your remuneration will be adjusted according to the weeks worked.

The successful candidate will deliver a proficient, adaptable, and effective administrative service as part of the School Support Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing pastoral care and assistance to students.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries that may range from colleagues seeking guidance to members of the public requesting information about various Council services.
  • Ensuring that school support services are delivered with a high level of detail, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and exceptional teamwork.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of one’s own responsibilities as well as those of colleagues within the team, along with an appreciation of the broader organizational context.
