About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team within the Surgery division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing office systems, and dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive forward planning of senior leadership team priorities
  • Coordinating and managing effective office systems, including filing and maintaining personal and divisional records
  • Dealing with confidential and often sensitive information relating to staff and services
  • Providing minute taking for divisional management meetings
  • Assisting with the monitoring of activity within the division and ensuring targets are achieved
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of IT literacy, and experience of working within an administrative role with Personal Assistant or similar responsibilities. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative to solve problems and make decisions.
