The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for processing telephone calls from patients and hospitals, assessing transport needs, and accurately processing requests using our Trust's databases.
A good knowledge of the geographical areas of Wales is advantageous, and the ability to converse in the Welsh language is essential for this role.
Main Duties- Process telephone calls from patients and hospitals, assessing transport needs and accurately processing requests.
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize our Trust's databases to manage transport requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide support to the planning and day control teams within the NEPTS department.
