Role Overview:
Join our dedicated team as a Client Financial Administrator, where you will be instrumental in supporting the financial operations within the Adult Social Care division.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting precise financial evaluations based on information provided by clients to ensure accurate service charges.
  • Staying updated on intricate and changing regulations concerning residential financial evaluations, welfare benefits, financial management, social service charges, and related topics.
  • Overseeing income collection and probing into instances of unreceived income, ensuring timely application of legal charges to properties when required.
  • Managing the financial matters of clients who are unable to do so independently, acting as an appointee for their state benefits, which includes reconciling bank accounts utilized for client finances.
  • Maintaining comprehensive client files and database records to guarantee precise billing, financial organization, and effective estate finalization.
  • Handling the financial affairs of clients who are mentally incapacitated (under the Court of Protection) or physically incapacitated (under Powers of Attorney).
