We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK.

As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid UK nursing registration
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
