Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide expert clinical leadership to a team of mental health professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including GPs, social services, and voluntary sector organizations.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that reflect best practice in adult mental health care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of service improvement plans.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as mental health nursing or a related discipline.
- Proven experience of working in a leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving results and improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong understanding of the complexities of adult mental health care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
