- Partnership management: Identify and select new partners to align with strategic goals, leading partner relationships and managing performance levels.
- Be agile: Demonstrate collaborative working and continuous improvement, encouraging adoption where necessary to deliver the best results for customers.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding decisions based on commercial contact insights.
- Build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different areas of the business to identify opportunities to generate value.
- Knowledge to interpret commercial constructs, understand their bottom and top-line impact, and successfully negotiate savings.
- Use data to substantiate recommendations and influence decision-making.
- Work within a telecommunications environment or similar technical industry.
