  • Measuring effectiveness: Identify, set up, and modify reports to track operational performance, guiding others to review and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Business partnership: Advise stakeholders, helping them navigate business changes, and use subject matter experts as needed to develop solutions.
  • Partnership management: Identify and select new partners to align with strategic goals, leading partner relationships and managing performance levels.
  • Be agile: Demonstrate collaborative working and continuous improvement, encouraging adoption where necessary to deliver the best results for customers.
Experience:
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding decisions based on commercial contact insights.
  • Build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different areas of the business to identify opportunities to generate value.
  • Knowledge to interpret commercial constructs, understand their bottom and top-line impact, and successfully negotiate savings.
  • Use data to substantiate recommendations and influence decision-making.
  • Work within a telecommunications environment or similar technical industry.
