About the Role

The Corporate Partnership Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering Solent Mind's approach to corporate fundraising, with a focus on maintaining and growing income to support the organization's mission to improve mental health in Hampshire.

This role is pivotal in helping Solent Mind achieve its strategic ambitions, and the successful candidate will join the organization at an exciting time, having just launched its new three-year strategy.

The Corporate Partnership Lead will lead the corporate fundraising activities for Solent Mind, which have grown significantly over the last five years. This will include maximizing support through Charity of the Year relationships and participation in activities, events, and challenges in aid of Solent Mind, as well as securing one-off gifts in support of the organization.

The role will also involve researching and building the corporate pipeline and supporting the delivery of Solent Mind's wider employer engagement, which covers all aspects of employment engagement, including fundraising, training, and mental health employer services.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced corporate fundraiser or have relevant relationship fundraising or B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial and other targets.

They will be an effective communicator with excellent written and presentation skills, as well as good negotiating and influencing skills, and be highly proactive and skilled in generating new business leads and moving warm prospects through the sales cycle.
