Job Title: 2nd Line Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Intec Select is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing tickets, and escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the first-line support team to ensure seamless handovers and effective issue resolution.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve overall technical expertise.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), SCCM, Office 365, Mobile Device Management, Intune, Windows Servers, Server Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Local Area Networking, Symantec Products, Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs), and Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
