Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our team at Intec Select. As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing tickets, and escalating issues to senior engineers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop
- Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google cloud), SCCM, Office 365, Mobile Device Management, Intune, Windows Servers, Server Virtualisation, Local Area Networking, Symantec Products, Cisco LAN/WAN, Routing/switching equipment, and Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
