About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth by managing sales enquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with our team to drive business progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries and incoming calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Process orders and stock requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
