Rishabh RPO is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing our Workday system, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with evolving business needs.

As a key member of the HR technology team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise across various Workday modules, including HCM, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, and Security. Your deep understanding of Workday configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting will be essential in driving system improvements and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Workday across multiple modules, encompassing design, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enhancements.
  • Design, configure, test, and implement Workday business processes or security changes, effectively troubleshooting and resolving any arising issues.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports to meet specific business requirements, leveraging your advanced Workday reporting skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to evaluate system needs and design new or modified systems that align with changing business objectives.
  • Apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Conduct thorough research on processes and requirements to ensure the system adheres to business needs and complies with audit standards.
  • Lead projects and enhancement activities as needed, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other subject matter experts to maintain data integrity, configure systems, troubleshoot changes, write reports, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Configure Workday business processes and workflows, optimizing system efficiency.
  • Recommend technical solutions, considering priorities and trade-offs, and driving alignment among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with functional leaders to test and prepare for system updates, ensuring a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday, including 3 years of configuring Workday (e.g., business processes, security, integrations).
  • Proven experience managing Workday projects and configurations.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
  • Advanced Workday reporting writing skills.
  • Experience working with ticket/case management systems (e.g., JIRA).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and overcome obstacles with innovation to meet critical deadlines.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to quality and process orientation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with both technical and functional audiences.
  • Highly independent; can own and drive substantial complex tracks of work.
  • A strong collaborator who can engage with partners and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity.
