We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team on a fulltime, permanent basis, reporting to the Head of Finance. 
Reporting to the Head of Finance you’ll be responsible for tracking weekly performance against targets, ensuring accuracy in reporting of performance and being the point person to answer any queries. As well as this you will be responsible for developing insight and analysis into performance of bonus schemes and colleagues to drive business performance.   
You will also support, develop and drive the analysis and understanding of performance of new business teams and Desk based sales colleagues. This role will work alongside sales and finance teams to drive performance. 
This role offers flexible hybrid working with 1 day per week based in one of our offices; Ownership of bonus models, tracking and preparation of payment schedules. 
Validation of new business wins and reporting on performance of sales colleagues. 
Leveraging analysis into deliverable guidance / recommendations to Sales & Finance managers and directors. 
Responsible for data management ensuring data is reviewed frequently to provide accurate reporting and data rules & governance are followed. 
Forecasting & Flash management and ownership of Workday updates. 
Produce reports/presentations as required to drive business results. 
Act as an ambassador for finance promoting cross functional collaboration and understanding. 
You’ll be a qualified accountant, (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) currently operating as a Finance Business Partner, Management Account or Finance Analyst, looking to join a global organisation as part of your career development.  
We are looking for someone who will drive performance through insight and has a high level of commercial awareness and financial analysis and modelling experience. Strong Excel skills, including experience in financial analysis and modelling are essential and SAP experience is highly desirable. We are looking for an individual who is highly numerate with strong data analytical skills who enjoys working towards tight deadlines in an agile commercial environment.
